Actually running again

After a week of vacation, a week being sick, and a week being lazy, I am finally running again. I found Hal Higdon's marathon spring training schedule for novices, and I've decided to start following that in the next 6 weeks before actual marathon training starts. I've had several people tell me that they used Hal's 18 week marathon training schedule, so I will probably just continue to follow that. I ran three miles yesterday, and my legs were tired last night, but they aren't sore today, so the plan is to run three miles again this afternoon. I still haven't had a good run outside, but maybe this weekend I'll be able to find some motivation. At least it is starting to get warm. . .
